The air conditioner automatically maintains
its programmed level of air flow regardless of dynamic changes
in static pressure.

Static pressure will change with a dirty
air filter, zoning changes and obstructed supply registers
as an example.

at reduced air-flow levels between cooling cycles.

The indoor section, a coil or air handler, completes your new air conditioner or heat pump system. With this system, a indoor coil section with a variable speed gas or oil furnace is required if you have gas or oil heat. If you have a heat pump, then the matched variable air handler section is required to complete the system.
